23761c9b-1506-400a-96ab-1d411aead4d8-129147The Ministry of Justice is establishing a framework agreement with two providers to manage the temporary recruitment of agency employment businesses to supply and manage the supply of temporary probation workers to provide cover in the event of short or long term absence, to handle additional workload, to write Pre-Sentence Reports (PSRs) and to temporarily fill vacancies whilst recruitment is taking place. These will be qualified Senior Probation Officers, Probation Officers and Probation Services Officers. The requirement covers probation locations across England and Wales and is split into three lots based on geographic regions. All requirements will be subject to further competition between the frame work suppliers. Estimated value of the frame work agreement is £19000000 over 48 months. Framework start date is 4th July 2016 and expiry date is 3rd July 2019. Names of successful suppliers are: - Red Snapper Recruitment Limited; and - Servo Resourcing Solutions Limited Additional information: Ministry of Justice has issued the OJEU Notice and the Invitation to Tender (ITT) through its eSourcing Portal. To access the tender documents and to participate in this competition you are advised to follow these instructions: a. Register your company on the eSourcing Portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://ministryofjusticecommercial.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html and click the link to register - Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue' (bidders will be required to accept a separate user agreement specific to the Ministry of Justice as part of the pre-qualification questionnaire) - Enter your correct business and user details - Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete - You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure) b. Express an Interest in the tender: - Login to the Portal with the username/password - Click the 'ITTs Open to all Suppliers' link. (Invitations to tender open to any registered supplier) - Click on the relevant ITT to access the content using the following: ITT Code - itt_178 and Project Code - prj_128 - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page - This will move the ITT into your 'My ITTs' page (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only). You can now access any attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'ITT Details' box Instructions on how to submit a tender will be provided in the procurement documents.”
