Other works include the replacement of rainwater goods and downpipes. Internal repair works include the replacement of 2.no fire rated doorsets, replacement of floor coverings, and the removal of assumed Asbestos containing bitumen adhesive bedded on screed. Fire safety works must be undertaken by a competent contractor with the necessary accreditations (i.e. BM TRADA Q-Mark, FIRAS). Asbestos removal works must be undertaken by a competent Licenced Asbestos Removal Contractor.
