Between 10-17 units depending on what can be achieved on site. Greyfields, Embleton - x2 2 bed bungalows and x2 2 bed houses NCC would expect Identity, in their capacity as project manager for the above sites, to undertake all core tasks included within the RIBA plan of works stages 0-6 and as set out in the NEPO212 schedule of services.
