The technical consultant/s will be expected to think laterally about issues, co-ordinate between other consultants and provide advice to the lead Project Manager about the suitability of sites for development at key stages in the process: feasibility and offer, legal acquisition, detailed planning and pre-tender. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
