Scope of Requirement: The completion of the design and construction of a new state of the art manufacturing facility, comprising a large open workshop space, individual workshop areas and ancillary spaces together with associated external works, services and drainage. Tender Process and Documentation: This is a two stage, restricted tender exercise being run in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
