7a6493cd-c49d-4743-b556-7bb4afc21970-158167HEFCE is seeking to procure subscription licences for cloud based business management software that will provide functionality for Finance, Payroll and HR as well as meeting a range of technical or non-functional requirements. The licence will also provide HEFCE with regular upgrades and updates, ongoing software maintenance, product defect fixes and regulation compliance updates. In addition to this the licence will provide HEFCE with access to a cloud based platform with backups, data storage, operating system, database, provisioning, security, data centre and disaster recovery. HEFCE requires the licence to cover up to 400 employees. This tender does not include the provision of implementation services and the ongoing support and maintenance of the implemented solution, i.e. those aspects of the solution that are configurations unique to HEFCE and not part of the core product. These services will be procured separately.
