This is a joint contract which will cover both Babergh & Mid Suffolk district council area(s) The works required by the contract shall be required for a mixture of both street properties and blocks, and are to include but are not restricted to UPVC, Timber and Aluminium Window Replacements UPVC, Timber and Composite Door Replacements Associated Window and Door Works Store Door Replacements Timber Sliding Sash Windows within conservation areas/listed buildings etc The Client reserves the right to include Garage Door Replacements/ Installations within the Works The Client reserves the right to include Window and Door Repair Works.
