This RFQ request, and Direct Award proposed is to the second ranked potential supplier on the APUC Framework Agreement detailed above. No variation to the functional specification of requirements will be permitted. Should this second ranked company on the Framework Agreement not be able to supply to the exact requirements, the third ranked supplier will be approached, and so forth.
