In collaboration with the appointed contractor, the college seeks to: • ensure that the catering department and equipment in place operate with minimum disruption and maximum efficiency • transition from a predominantly existing gas fired equipment system to induction electrical equipment significantly reducing our carbon footprint ultimately working toward our overall objective to become carbon neutral.
