The current terms of contract state that the definition of "Term" is ; "the period from the Service Provision date to the Expiry Date". This definition is now changed to; "the period from the Service Provision date to the Expiry Date or the date that the Contract Cap is exhausted". The above amendment will take place with effect from 30th November 2018 .
