This design work is now nearing completion and the proposal is to tender these works and deliver through an NEC3 Option B (Priced contract with bill of quantities) The University are now seeking tenders for the pre and post contact duties of a multi-disciplinary team of Cost Consultant, NEC3 Project Manager and Supervisor. For more details see 'Specification and Commercial Requirements' section on the ITT.
