Works as described within appended Mechanical Specification and drawings; overview of works below: • Replacement of the existing underground heating pipework within the main building • Installation of new radiators • Modifications to the existing heating flow and return headers in the plant room • Upgrading of the existing site gas supply and meters via a specialist sub contractor. • Modifications to the gas outlet pipework in the Nursery and Swimming Pool • Draining refilling and water treatment to existing LPHW heating system • All associated builders work and electrical work • Commissioning and testing • Provision of handover information Help and support: The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
