The solution includes the flexibility, during the Contract Term, to transition to the Supplier's Multi-Channel Hub (or equivalent) where this is required to support future expansion, including (but not limited to) an Adults Services Directory, subject to agreement of scope and Charges. This G-Cloud Call-Off Contract can be extended by the Buyer for one period of up to 12 months, taking the expiry date to 14/07/2030, by giving the Supplier a minimum of 12 weeks written notice before its expiry.
