Prism is used by 200+ users for collecting cost data to enable more accurate forecasting that is critical to National Highways ability to deliver consistent value added and assured delivery. The licence renewal for Prism is aimed at meeting the key business strategic activities. - As a core constituent of the Programme Controls Service Platform (PCSP) for Major Projects. The PCSP will be the service used to report back to ORR and DfT against RIS commitments. - Prism supports a rigorous and consistent approach to cost management focused on accurate and executive reporting. This is critical to delivering consistent value added and assured predictable delivery to MP. - The ability to have a single source of truth for cost management and avoid manual handling of data.
