The means that everyone has a sense of what they do, why they do it, who for & have a shared plan with milestones to celebrate, and ensure they have the right people, in the right jobs, with the right skill sets. Stage One would deliver the following objectives: • Clarity of the purpose of EWS and the principles and behaviours required to deliver this • Objective information/ data • Understanding of the change necessary • Short term change plan • Appropriate support for Nicola as she leads this with her team • Scoping for additional support requirements to be clear what is needed.
