The Skills Funding Agency [SFA] is looking to procure education and training services that increase participation in the labour market in the London LEP area ESF IP1.1 London 23-013 Modern Skills in Construction Additional information: It should be noted that the SFA uses its own e-tendering portal provided as a managed service and that is the only means that responses to this ITT will be allowed Only organisations which on the SFA Register of Training Organisations at April 2016 will be invited to this tender .
