d3592564-63ea-450f-946d-6ec7c00f8c2c-732758***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the Crown Commercial Services Research & Insight DPS RM6126. Brief Description of Requirement. The Earth Observation Investment Package (EOIP) was announced in November 2022. The purpose of the investment was to protect the future of UK talent and industry in satellite-based Earth Observation (EO) and mitigate the impact of ongoing delays to UK participation in the EU Copernicus programme. It consists of funding up to £200m supporting 17 projects delivered by six implementing partners up to March 2025. The requirements for the work can be summarised as follows: 1. Produce, and synthesise, evaluations for 11 of the 17 EOIP projects (listed elsewhere in specification). These evaluations must cover a) impact and b) value for money 2. Use these evaluations to draw conclusions about the EOIP as a whole, which should also cover a) impact and b) value for money
