The Authority is seeking to encourage an innovative and creative approach from tenderers supporting SMEs to manage the first four weeks of sickness absence within their workforce, in a way that best facilitates a return to work for their employees. Phase 1 - the Department contracted with four suppliers to develop a feasibility study into reducing sickness absences. In Phase 2, the Department will contract with 2 of the Phase 1 suppliers to research and develop their feasibility study into a working prototype.
