Currently this WCC agreement is via an Embedded Solution Agreement (ESA) which allows for the backup of 200TB of data. WCC also has access to the following addons o TDP for Oracle Databases o TDP for VMWare o TDP for Microsoft SQL The support calls will be a mixture of break/fix type calls and for advice around configuration of IBM Storage Protect. The Service to be provided by the Supplier is procured via KCS Framework - Y23065
