Advise the RED team of Project Directors, Leads and specialists to effectively and efficiently deliver construction projects across the MPS estate. Give guidance on value-for-money delivery whilst following industry best practice and standards including specialist advice and expertise on CDM 2015. Provide peer review on performance and professionalism within RED. Engage with Finance Business Partner to prepare and finalise the Capital and Revenue budget plans advising on strategic decisions and facilitating change. Develop an executive level governance structure, develop implementation roadmaps and perform knowledge transfers.
