The procurement was conducted as a below-threshold competitive quotation exercise with evaluation taken on a like-for-like basis against the project requirements, including programme compliance and fee proposal. The contract was awarded to the supplier submitting the lowest compliant quotation. Pick Everard were appointed as the Successful Supplier.
