The contract provides a range of psycho-social interventions and diversionary activities which support this cohort to engage in group and individual work that supports and engages them in beginning or sustaining recovery from substance misuse. The contract also provides support for those with a dual diagnosis (mental health condition and substance misuse disorder) and requires engagement with The Seaview Project's housing support services. Diversionary activities provide an avenue to learn new skills which divert individuals away from drug and alcohol seeking behaviours, including acquisitive crime and anti-social behaviour. The contract value includes the extension option of 12 months. This contract has been extended to 31 July 024. There is no further allowed for extension option.
