The RFQ process was undertaken due to the service being under the EU procurement threshold for services detailed within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Authority will award a one year contract to provide the services within the North Lincolnshire CCG locality with the option to extend up to 6 months .
