Bids may be for one or all Lots. Each Lot Contract is for a fixed period of 9 months, with an optional extension of further 6 months subject to performance and budget. These contracts will be subject to break clauses and rectification delivery period. A separate notice will be issued by Harrow Council in relation to Chandos Park (lot 2).
