The Public Health Nursing service contract includes health visiting, school nursing and Family Nurse Partnership This is a mandated Public Health contract that needs to deliver within the national model of the Healthy Child Programme. Going forward it is expected that the Provider would continue to participate in key transformation programmes and support innovative ways of working to improve outcomes for families.
