This provides an Engineer/Technician within an eight working hour response time during our normal support period of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday, allows for 2 proactive Preventative Maintenance Visits Per year, and covers all parts and labour (within core hours) irrespective of whether it relates to a proactive or reactive visit. Poly Warranty. Poly: Qty 10 (Renewal) 12-Month Poly Partner + Warranty. Required period: 12 months Start date: 3rd April 2024 Expiry date: 2nd April 2025 This exercise is being conducted under the Standard Terms and Conditions of CCS Framework - Technology Products and Associated Services - RM6068.
