572771ed-09f4-4174-a5da-17e24dee714c-907684This Chest Adobe ETLA Agreement requirement falls under Lot 2a of the Software License Resellers Agreement (SLRA), let by SUPC. A further competition was issued to all resellers on this Lot on the 24th June, and closing on the 7th July 2026. The contract value represents an estimated and cumulative figure for all orders placed by Jisc members and customers over the lifetime of the agreement. This is very much a "pass through" requirement. The successful reseller will only be required to accept the orders from Jisc, place corresponding orders with Adobe, invoice Jisc and pay Adobe. No other value add is expected, there will be no requirement to interact with institutions that are part of the agreement on either a pre-or post-sales basis. Efficiency of transaction handling is the key, we cannot afford any risk to institutions access to software and any corresponding services. Contract term is 1 year initial term + 2x 12 month extension options (i.e. 1 + 1 + 1)
