7fb70358-6643-4da5-a987-a48493a7c78f-687046The Local Government Ombudsman and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) wishes to appoint a capable provider of a Portal and associated support services. Our aim is to create a simple, secure, online Portal embedded within our website. The service will be accessed by complainants and bodies in jurisdiction to enable them to see progress on their cases, view and upload documentation and to communicate directly with the LGSCO. In order to receive the invite documents you are to express an interest in bidding for this service by sending a confirming email to procurement@lgo.org.uk Invitations to bid documents will be dispatched via email on Monday 16 September with bids returned by 12 noon on Friday 4 October.
