6c3ae998-2109-4d59-9789-b07f68dfbc05-737077NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (WY ICB) has awarded a contract for the provision of a Community Based Early Emotional and Mental Health Support for Children and Young People. The service is jointly funded by the West Yorkshire ICB in Leeds and Leeds City Council. Please note that the service is to be delivered to Leeds patients only and not across West Yorkshire. The service will be for the delivery of mental health support to young people outside of education settings, with a particular focus on young people who are least likely to access support through school or GP referral. The age range for the service will be age 11-17 (inclusive) at the start of their support offer. The offer will be extended up to age 25 for care leavers and young people with disabilities.
