b6b7272e-165f-4a81-9308-61fce882be83-178698This quotation is for the removal of existing and installation of new play equipment and associated safety surfacing at Fry Crescent Play Area, Burgess Hill, West Sussex. The site is open to the public 24hrs a day so contractors may visit at any time. It is recommended that contractors visit the site for a guided visit. The site visit will be led by MSDC Officers who will talk through the plans with interested contractors. This will be a chance for all to see the site conditions and access restrictions, and to clarify any queries. The visit will take place on Wednesday 16th August at 10:00am. To confirm attendance at the site visit, please send a response via the InTend portal by Monday 14th August. Please ensure that when submitting your quote that you provide all requested information, all quotes must be submitted through the portal, failure to comply with this could lead to your bid being excluded. ***The project lead for this project is on leave until the 14th August all requests for clarification will be actioned upon their return.***
