Tenders were sought from suppliers - Category 2 to 4 on the International Construction DPS who are capable of acting as Principal Contractor under conditions of a high security classification. Following further competition and evaluation based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, Orostream International Contracts Limited were appointed as the Successful Contractor.
