The council required the purchase of IT Technical Solutions to improve their Disaster Recovery position. This was to include a DRaaS solution for on-premise systems, a MS Azure Cloud recovery solution & a M365 tenancy configuration recovery solution. The requirement has been fulfilled via a Direct Award under the NHS SBS - Digital Workplace Solutions 2 Framework.
