The Department sees considerable value in drawing down external expertise, from various sectors, to support local authorities in these circumstances. This procurement offered successful bidders an opportunity to drive improvement in underperforming children’s social care services and ensure vulnerable children receive a higher quality service. The services are required for Lancashire County Council and Norfolk County Council. Additional information: The total value of both contracts is up to maximum of £51840.00 incl VAT.
