8c4b6c00-dd8c-4fd5-a60a-39b64370604f-101541Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) is seeking a quote to deliver the following elements to create a short, medium and long term Business Plan for our Country Parks: • The Vision and Strategy • Review of existing enterprises • Funding and Operational Structure • The Business Plan The purpose of the review is to provide both a physical and financial history of the enterprises to date. As an operational enterprise the Country Parks currently make a small surplus but that significant capital investment would need to be considered, which will require a full feasibility appraisal, opportunity cost appraisal with forward revenue and expenditure budgets and cash flow projection.
