The supplier must provide a helpdesk and web booking service for centres to request collection slots. The number of packages collected annually ranges from 800k-900k, with the majority resulting from the General Qualifications Summer Series that runs May-June each year. Qualifications within the scope of this service include GCSEs, AS Levels, A Levels, BTECs, Functional Skills and others that meet the criteria. Additional information: The initial term was to 31/08/2017 but the option to extend was taken so the effective end date is 31/08/2018.
