Main link is Southend Civic Centre to London and failover is Tickfield to Chelmsford. DDoS (Dynamic Denial of Service) attack protection. CSIRT (Cyber Security Incident Support Team). Security Standards: Crest Cyber Security Response Accredited. NCSC Incident Response Level 2. Uptime SLA 99.9% availability. Support SLAs include 8 hour Resolution time. Account Management meetings. Provision of Service Monitoring Dashboard that Shows throughput and any issues on the fibres.
