37a86058-d6be-4f93-88ee-35c8e2210da1-232967Cheshire East Council (CE) and Cheshire West and Chester (CWAC) have an existing Enterprise Subscription Agreement (ESA) that is due to expire on 30th April 2018. In the most part, these two agreements licence the East and West Desktop estates. Both Councils are seeking the provision of two new Microsoft Enterprise Subscription Agreements (ESA) one for each council for a period of three years from 1st May 2018 to 1st May 2021 using the Cloud Transformation Agreement (CTA) between Microsoft and the Government Procurement Service. The price will be fixed for three years, allowing the Councils to increase or decrease the usage as appropriate on the anniversary of the agreement. To summarise the scope these have been split into two Requirements which will form the basis of the two contracts.
