Cases will be passed to the 2 successful bidders at the compliance stage of recovery. Buckinghamshire Council will provide no guarantee of the number or value of liability orders that will be passed to the providers in any period. Due to fees being statutory, there is no price element built into this procurement. It is based on 100% quality.
