Whilst the works are undertaken the market must continue to trade and a contractor is required who can problem solve logistical issues undertaking works that will be disruptive to traders/general public. Contractors need to be able to minimise/reduce risk and demonstrate the ability to undertake the works in a difficult and challenging environment whilst maintaining communications with the key stakeholders and building users.
