This tender is the first of a two stage tendering process which deals with the demolition/strip out of Merley Ward on the first floor of the 1980’s block at St. Ann’s Hospital. The full scheme will comprise of refurbishment of the existing Merley Ward to provide a 6 bedroom, plus a seclusion suite, female PICU and adjacent shared facilities to future proof the first floor of the block for future development. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
