The Scape Consultancy Framework operates under the PCR2015 regulations and so this award will be advertised here on Contracts Finder. The services are aggregated into a Programme of interdependent requirements which are intended to ensure successful delivery alongside the following benefits. • Delivery of the right technical experience to provide the right outcomes • Continuation of understanding throughout the whole life term of the requirement • A quick route to market with reduced procurement time at each stage of the Programme • Ensuring diversity in the Supply Chain and increasing our resilience in delivery. • Achieving operational savings via a reduction in Procurement cost and demonstrated lower rates achieving efficiency and value for money • Flexibility due to zero-commitment of spend, should the Programme require changes The Programme approach has received internal approval and has been presented as part of our wider Salinity programme to our sponsoring body.
