To provide a CO2 Greenhouse Gas Calculator solution which can be rolled out across multiple higher education institutions to allow them to calculate, review and publish CO2 figures for dishes. The solution must integrate with TUCO Online (Procure Wizard). By utilising their API, it must be capable of receiving recipe / dish data direct from TUCO Online so that a seamless calculation of the CO2 values can be calculated. The aim is to completely remove duplication of recipes for the members. The contract duration is 2 years with 2 x 1 year extension option
