The tender is split into two lots. Lot One-Allen Park Adult Learning Centre The heating boiler at Allen Park Adult Learning Centre is at the end of its economic life and hence requires replacement along with its associated equipment. The extent of the replacement works are detailed with the specifications and drawings. However in short the replacement will include removal of any materials containing asbestos, replacement of boiler and ancillary equipment such as pump/s, pressurisation units, associated control and electrical wiring and any associated building works. Lot Two- Darley Park Playing Fields Changing Rooms The heating and domestic hot water cylinder at Darley Park Playing Fields Changing Rooms is at the end of its economic life and hence requires replacement along with its associated equipment. The extent of the replacement works are detailed with the specifications and drawings.
