All properties are based in the North Liverpool areas of Fazakerley, Norris Green and Croxteth. Please be aware that the successful Contractor will only provide a technical survey, with recommendations for works to be completed. Cobalt Housing will complete any works following the report being received. The successful Contractor will be expected to attend court (in Liverpool City Area) as an expert witness as part of a disrepair case. The successful Contractor will, at Cobalt's request, provide Cobalt staff with updates and formal training around changes in relevant legislation to this service as and when agreed with Cobalt officers. We estimate a yearly spend of approximately £15,000 net of VAT for the duration of the project and an anticipated 110 surveys per year.
