Phase 1 is to develop plans and drawings to a RIBA 3 stage for a funding application to update the Dock Museum's roof, heating system and CCTV. Phase 2 is subject to the successful award of funding following phase 1 and includes RIBA 4 detailed design and to act as the clients Principal Designer and NEC4 Project Manager through stages RIBA 5 & 6.
