The provision of an Employee Assistance Programme Psychological Therapy Services is to include as a minimum: • Initial telephone or online assessment and refer employees to the appropriate provision, including signposting to external services where appropriate. • Confidential 1:1 Counselling (Face to Face or Telephone as appropriate) • Tailored Bereavement Counselling • Management Advice / Guidance
