The objectives of the Monitoring and Evaluation activities under this contract are to provide FCDO with: a) analysis of the possible pathways of change which could lead to reform being achieved over the long term; b) an assessment of current progress towards reform; and c) an assessment of the relative importance of FCDO flexible core funding to both reform ambitions and achieving global health outputs. The contract value is 548,590.80 for 2 years duration of the Contract, with option to extend by 18 months and increase the value up to a total of £840,000 including the Extension Period.
