The contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2011 incorporating amendment 1 issued March 2015. The contractor should note that internal inspection of the premises is not possible, see Section 3 and Section 4 for further details and full scope of the works. This tender requires contractors to undertake a mandatory external site visit and certify that they have done so in order to submit a bid. Outline scope of works: Internal demolition of a goods lift shaft and partial demolition of a concrete staircase, internal strip out, infilling of floor apertures, installation of above and below ground drainage, construction of internal division walls, alterations to existing building, re-covering of flat roofs, installation of new electrical and water services.
