Torbay Council has re-tendered their accommodation and support services for 16-25 year olds. The services that are applicable to this re-tender are: Supported Lodgings Service (Block Contracts) Semi-independent Accommodation and Support Services for young people aged 16-21 (up to 25 if eligible) who are either Children Looked After or Care Leavers and for Young People who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless aged 16-25. (Block Contracts) Semi-independent Accommodation and Support Services for Young Parents aged 16-24.
