The Service must allow access to advice and information across the main areas of civil law covered by the Advice Services Alliance both at Advice and Advice with Casework levels: 1. Consumer/General contract 2. Welfare Benefits 3. Debt 4. Employment 5. Health and Community Care 6. Housing 7. Immigration/Nationality The Provider must deliver a responsive, contemporary service which is able to adapt to reflect the changing needs of particular groups due to any legislative / benefit entitlement changes and demographic trends.
